Collaborating
Sharing an alert
Sharing an alert enables you to work as a group.
Your collaborators will have access to the same interface as you, benefit from the work you have done on the search results in this folder (filtering articles, tags, tone, comments) and can contribute themselves (tagging, rating, commenting, etc.).
To share your alerts, click on the “Add a collaborator” button when you are on the results page for an alert.
Adding and assigning tasks
As you process and analyze the results of your searches, you can assign yourself tasks or assign tasks to your collaborators.
To add a task, click on the “Tasks” icon which displays when you mouse over or click on the title of an article.
Accessing your tasks
You and your collaborators can find your tasks under the “Tasks” tab.
You can then sort them by their status, based on the different task categories created, and based on the person responsible for the task.
Adding a contact
Adding a contact: a contact must be associated with an alert. To add a contact, you just need to share an alert with the contact.
Contact groups: You can organize your contacts by group, share an alert with a group, assign a task to a group.
Accessing your contacts: using the “Contacts” tab, you can find the list of all your contacts with the summary of alerts you have shared with them, as well as the tasks assigned.
