Exporting data

What types of data can be exported?

You can export:

  • your alert results: in pdf, csv, & rtf format
  • your graphs: n pdf, csv, & png format
  • your tasks: in csv format
  • your contacts: in csv format

To generate an export file, click on the “New Export” button when you are sure on the “Exports” menu.


Exporting alert results

Alert name: select an alert or “all alerts” in order to generate a file containing all the results for this alert or all your alerts
Results by tag: select a tag enabling you to generate a file containing only the results tagged with this tag.
Source: you can export the results from one source or all sources
Filtered by: enables you to export the results based on their qualification
Period: here you select the publication period for the results you want to export


Exporting graphs

Alert name: depending on if you select a particular alert or “all alerts,” you will generate a file containing the graphs for the alert selected, or all the graphs for all your alerts.
Graph name: here you can select a particular graph in order to export this graph only
Export format: you can choose between pdf, csv, or png


Exporting tasks

Alert name: select an alert or all alerts to export the tasks for an alert or all tasks
Category: you can export your tasks, all categories combined or by category.
Status: specify if your file includes all tasks, open tasks, or closed tasks.
Assigned to: Specify if your file contains all tasks or the tasks assigned to you, or your collaborators
Created by: specify if you are exporting all tasks, tasks you have created, or tasks that your collaborators have created.


Contacts exports

Contact status: here you can export all your contacts, your active contacts only (sharing one or more alerts with you), or your pending contacts (who have not yet agreed to share an alert)
Starting with the letter: here you can choose to export only the contacts starting with a particular letter
