Filtering & organizing results
Filtering results
When you are on the results page for an alert, you can filter the results:
- by source: blogs, forums, online press, videos, images
- only current actions: results read/not read, processed/not processed, positive, negative, neutral, etc.
- by date: results by day, week, month, or the particular period you want
Deleting resultats
When you click on the title of an article, you will see various action icons.
Delete the articles you feel are not relevant.
Save the rest of the articles:
- paid version: the results collected are saved unless you delete them.
- free version: the results are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Sentiment Analysis
Our solution automatically indicates to you if a result collected has a positive, negative, or neutral tone.
Depending on your opinion when reading it, you can click on the smiley for the article if you want to change the tone assigned to it. You can also indicate if the author is making suggestions or if they are asking questions.
Using the filters, you can then filter your articles based on their tone.
Organizing the information using tags
To easily manage the articles from your alerts, Alerti enables you to add tags in order to classify and find the information again quickly.
Just click on the “Tags” icon which is displayed when you click on or mouse over an article title.
This way for each alert, in the left column you will find all the tags added to the various articles. Then you just have to click on a tag to bring up all the articles associated with the tag.
Commenting on results
Do you have comments to make when reading an article? You can annotate the article with your comments. Your comments will only be visible to the contacts you have shared the alert with. In this way, you can share your comments with your collaborators, for an efficient group effort.
