Twitter engagement stats

You have to start by adding your Twitter account to your Alerti account and link it to your alerts.

To add your Twitter account to your Alerti account, go to the “Settings” section and click on the “Add a Twitter Account” button from the Twitter menu.

To link your Twitter account to an alert, you just have to check the corresponding box in the “Twitter Module” section on the alert-settings form.

Click on the “Reports” tab and the “Twitter Stats” sub-menu to find out more about who is tweeting about your brand.

Select an alert. You will get the list of users who have posted tweets containing the keyword for this alert. You can classify them based on:
- the number of tweets posted containing this keyword
- their number of followers
- their Klout score, which is an indicator measuring their influence on the web

For each Twitter user, click on the + to display detailed info regarding them.

You will find out:
- if they are following you or not, and if you are following them or not
- what are the alerts for which results come from this user

You can access the list of tweets that they have posted containing the keyword for your alert. You just have to click on the name of the alert in the “related alert” section.

From your Alerti account, you can:
- respond to a tweet
- retweet a tweet
- send a direct message to a Twitter user following you
- follow a user or unfollow them
Click on Respond, Retweet, PM, or follow for the corresponding fields to open up.
